Shareholder packets were mailed on July 1, 2022 with information regarding the 48th Annual Shareholder’s meeting to be held virtually on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Your shareholder packet has a letter from the Chair of the Maserculiq, Incorporated Board of Directors, a Ballot, Proxy and financial reports. There are instructions on how to vote online on the back of the Chair’s letter.
Please be sure to exercise your right to vote ! There are many cash prizes to be awarded for online and/or paper votes.
You can get help voting online at the Maserculiq office in Marshall. Dora Pitka, our administrative assistant can assist you. Or you can simply drop off your proxy at the office.
